Hotel offering excellent value for money for a comfortable family stay
A very large apartment with everything a family needs for a comfortable stay in fabulous Los Gigantes. Kitchen has the basic amenities needed to prepare meals, and there are two spacious bathrooms, comfortable beds and a well-appointed lounge area. Balcony was huge and overlooked the pool and garden.
Our room was at the rear of the complex, close to a busy road, which made it somewhat noisy, particularly in the twin room.

The fact that swimming pool being closed at 6pm. In sunny and hot weather that is very disappointing. Other hotels had their swimming pools still open.

Was conveniently located for supermarket, restaurants and bars but uphill climb back if you want the sea.
Balcony facing the sea is great but no sun in the morning. TV reception is rubbish. Smelly bathroom drains. Power supply failed one night.

Will stay again sometime!
Great views. Well equipped apartment. Very spacious and well laid out. All appliances, albeit older, work well. The location is amazing! Close to a Lidl and various restaurants and ice cream shops. We loved that there was a place for us to park the car as it can be hard to come by otherwise. The sunsets from the balcony were surreal!
The bathrooms were ok. There was an unpleasant odor at times.
